Shipping

All orders that are shipped to correctional facilities must have inmate’s information (Name, ID#, Mailing Box, etc). This information should be provided in the details section when placing an order during checkout. In the case that information that is needed is missing we will notify you. If we do not receive this information we will provide a refund of your purchase.

Rules and Regulations

All correctional facilities have their own policies in regard to cassette tapes and related equipment. Please check with the proper administration of the desired facility before placing an order. Also, please check on the maximum number of items that can be received at one time.

We will do our best to make sure that the products we provide are acceptable for these facilities. All cassette tapes will be clear with no screws.

Orders

Stillofficial.com accepts all major credit/debit cards. All transactions will be provided through PayPal for added security and protection. When placing an order please remember to provide all necessary information so that we can fulfill your request. After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. You will also receive an email on the day that your order ships.Please keep record of this information for any questions.

Refunds

All transactions are final. Store credit will be offered for defective, missing and damaged items for 10 business days after receipt of the package. No store credit will be given after this time period expires. The original package along with confirmation from the correctional facility’s receiving/release department must be returned in order to receive store credit.

Returned Orders

If a package is returned for any reason besides something that we did wrong we require that an $8 shipping free be applied to reship the order. We will notify you before reshipping and why the item was returned.
